5th INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL BAOFEST – 13 and 14 December

The 5th international festival of African culture Baofest has a humanitarian note. We  named it  A call from West Africaas  as we would like to express our concern about virus Ebola. With musicians from Senegel Les Frères Guissé we are orginising a concert at Dance theater Lubljana (PTL) and we will contribute all money collected from tickets to Zavod Ceres. They will take care of buying some medical instruments needed in a fight against Ebola.

You can also attend 2-days workshop of traditional Senegal dances at Studio Baobab on 13th and 14th of December.

We are also issuing CD  “Why not.“ Music is result of international cooperation of last few years. It was produced by music production Inspiral

Partners of the festival are Zavod Ceres and Plesni teater Ljubljana.
